The Kresner Family plans 300 bed care facility in outer Sydney

Laurie and Michael Kresner’s Advantged Care has made a planning submission for a $54 million / 300 bed care facility in Edensor Park, outer western Sydney. This will add to their current construction of 132 beds at Prestons and 112 beds at Blacktown, a total of 544 beds in development.

The family are traditional residential subdivision developers. They entered the aged care sector in 2001 and have three existing facilities.
