The passing of Michelle Baltins - please support Multiple System Atrophy

With great sadness respected retirement village veteran Edgar Baltins has announced that his wife, Michelle, quietly passed away on Sunday morning at home after a long battle with the fatal neuro-degenerative disease multiple system atrophy (“MSA”).

Michelle was known to many people in the seniors living sector sector as she accompanied Edgar to many conferences and functions. Forever vibrant (as Edgar says, “she will always be aged 37”), she fought the disease that ultimately removed her abilities to do anything for herself (speak, move, eat, bathe) and saw her body weight decline to 40 kg during the last few years of her life.
