The 40 one-, two- and three-bedroom Orana apartments are part of the latest stage of redevelopment at the Not For Profit’s co-located Elimatta site in Menora, 5km north of the CBD. Juniper is working to double its capacity in response to community needs, with an additional 450 aged care beds to be delivered across Perth and regional WA.
