Maitland City Council, in the city 166km north of Sydney’s CBD, is exhibiting a concept development application by the diversified property development and investment company with operations in Australia, UK and Singapore.
The community with be next to Third.i’s proposed 900-home residential development, also before Maitland City Council.
The proposed development is a private, gated Manufactured Home Estate, featuring 332 individual residential sites along with communal open spaces within a central clubhouse and associated community facilities.
Stage 1 on exhibition is for 291 homes, community facilities and open space, road infrastructure, services, drainage reserve, landscaping and caravan storage area.
The land lease sector has seen a number of new entrants in the past 18 months, AVID Property, Yolk Property, Green Fort and Gaw Capital, Elka Capital and Assembly Funds Management and Macquarie Group announced a $2.85 billion fund to enter the land lease sector.
