TLC Healthcare has completed the purchase of a 2.99-hectare property adjacent to the company’s Homewood Residential Aged Care site in the south-eastern Melbourne suburb of Hallam.
Their Homewood site currently houses 180 aged care places operating at 100% occupancy.
TLC CEO Lou Pascuzzi hopes to add an additional 60 places with the acquisition.
The land will also be used to expand the current community medical centre.
