Topping out ceremony for nine-storey Sage by Moran in Sydney’s south

The two- and three-bedroom village on the beachfront at Cronulla, 26km south of Sydney’s CBD, will be completed by the end of the year, says Sally Taylor, Managing Director of Retirement by Moran.

Sally was joined by Retirement by Moran Chairman, Dr Shane Moran (left), Cronulla Mayor Carmelo Pesce and Robert Millner, Chairman of Washington H Soul Pattinson, representatives from Richard Crookes Constructions at the topping out ceremony to mark the completion of the building to the ninth level.

The $4.75 million penthouse was one of eight apartments sold before construction started. Each apartment was priced over $1 million.

Each of the 37 residences offer spacious, open plan living areas with large balconies. There will be a fireplace, double glazing throughout, and zoned air conditioning with temperature control to all
rooms, underfloor heating in the bathrooms and a heated towel rail in the ensuite. There is a heated rooftop pool. 

The original building and site, bought for $38.2 million, was demolished in July 2021. Sage by Moran is a joint venture between Retirement by Moran and Washington H Soul Pattinson.
