The Land Development Agency has released two super blocks for sale in Narrabundah and Monash. The LDA is offering for sale a 37,442sqm site at 265 Goyder Street, Narrabundah in the capital’s inner south. Zoned as RZ1, it allows for a retirement village of up to 100 independent living units or serviced units. The site also sits adjacent to Jindalee Aged Care’s 169-bed nursing home. The Govt is also marketing a 39,864sqm site at 219 Clive Steele Avenue, Monash, as suitable for aged care accommodation or a retirement village with up to 120 independent living units or serviced apartments. Tenders on both sites close on April 20.
