The five-storey development in West Lakes, 14km from the CBD, will feature a three-storey, 108-bed aged care facility, an 18-bed memory support unit and 17 retirement living apartments, plus retail and allied health services.

The 6,600sqm site will replace the north-east corner of Football Park, which is expected to be demolished within weeks as part of property developer Commercial & General’s redevelopment of the former football stadium.

The co-located site will join the Not For Profit’s six aged care facilities and five retirement villages in SA.
