MRH is one of regional Victoria’s biggest independent community health and aged care providers.
A sign of the times, with ‘mergers’ taking place across the country, Benetas will inject funds immediately in upgrading, expanding and redeveloping the Not For Profit’s facilities and services, starting with an upfront initial investment of $1.2 million in its existing facilities and infrastructure – suggesting to us that the cash was much-needed.
The amalgamation took seven months to arrange and took place on 1 July 2018.
The investment will also fund the redevelopment of Macedon’s Gisborne Oaks home into a 130-bed aged care facility; the development of a ‘best practice’ retirement village; and the growth of MRH’s community and home care services.
