But the above graph shows that last week, enquiry stalled at about 3,200 enquiries for the second week.
Of course, people are being told by the media that onsite inspections are not possible and that house prices face great uncertainty – neither good for a potential customer.
The second half of the financial year traditionally delivers 60% of the years’ sales. Not this year, and likely to be not next year unless the village sector builds an enhanced value proposition.
