The Not For Profit has entered a conditional agreement to acquire the provider’s Subiaco (pictured) and Como facilities after the luxury aged care provider went into voluntary administration in July 2019. As we reported then, owners Glen and Karen Gillingham said the two facilities were still profitable but “an issue with its major creditor” had led to the fall into administration. Bethanie is expected to take over operation of the homes early this year.
