WA: Mercy Health gets approval for $26M, 128-bed aged care facility in Perth

The site at Edgewater, 23km north of the CBD, is currently home to a 33-bed aged care facility and 22-unit retirement village already owned and operated by Mercy.

The Not For Profit plans to replace them with four clusters of buildings ranging from two to three storeys as well as community and health facilities designed by T&Z Architects.
