Toby’s Inlet Estate will begin construction on its first stage of 34 homes soon, with the final village to feature 184 homes at Dunsborough, 254km south of Perth on the Margaret River. All of the first stage homes have achieved a minimum 6 star NatHERS Energy Rating that will save about a third on household energy bills and come standard with a 2kw solar panel system and rain water collection tanks. The development is being spearheaded by Managing Director Gordon Genat, the Founder and Managing Director of the nearby Novacare Busselton lifestyle village.
